Job Description
StepStone Hospitality a leading hospitality management company is seeking talented individuals to join our team as an Area Hotel General Manager for the TownePlace Suites Fort Mill.

Were seeking driven and results oriented leader with GM experience in branded hotels such as Marriott or IHG in a fullservice capacity.
- Successful track record in driving GSS scores/TripAdvisor ranking
- Ability to maintain transparency and forge strong owner/asset management relationships; manage under scrutiny from multiple parties
- Revenue management centric and the ability to analyze trends and data to effectively contribute to the revenue management team efforts and strategies
- Successful track record in building both revenue and NOI
- Renovation property reconcepting experience ability to be a fixer and elevate hotel operational and service culture to higher standards
- Ability to control costs while balancing topline revenue objectives and service levels
- Ability to motivate employees drive positive employee morale and develop talent
- Hands on entrepreneurial selfdirected leadership style adapts to change quickly analytical thinker with understanding of business intelligence tools STR reports P&L etc.
- Driven leader who over communicates and creatively solves problems strong verbal and written communication skills
- Overseeing 2 hotels 1 in Fort Mill and 1 in Ballantyne
- Minimum 5 years hotel General Manager experience in a branded hotel environment (preferably Marriott experience)
- Experience as a General Manager for a 3rd Party Management Company preferred
- Bachelors Degree in hotel management business or industry related field preferred
