About the role:
Due to growth we are looking for aPhysiotherapistto join the team. This role is based in Nepean and surrounding areas and is open to both fulltime & part time hours with flexible working arrangements and work from home.
Provide high quality evidencebased physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding. These services aim to promote independence and restore functional independence to enable clients to remain living at home.
Your team:

Together as a team we help people feel loved valued and respected.
About you:
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
- Demonstrated abilityto assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
- Postgraduate experienceworking in a variety of aged care services including the community
- Comprehensive understanding of health and wellliving models including reablement and restorative care models
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilise required software to support working from home
- Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCares Christian identity and promote the organisations values through interactions at work
- Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
- Valid unrestricted drivers license and a reliable registered vehicle with minimum of ThirdParty Insurance
