Associate level Technologist in Essex
We are working with a wellestablished firm looking to add a Associate Technologist to their Chelmsford office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a collaborative team working on a range of residential and public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce highquality technical drawings for building regulations tender and construction packages.
- Lead projects through RIBA Stages 46 ensuring smooth delivery from technical design to completion.
- Provide onsite technical support liaising with clients contractors and project teams.
- Work alongside Architects Technologists and Technicians to deliver projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- 8 years industry experience with strong proven technical design ability.
- Experience in residential projects is essential and experience of working closely with design and build contractors and housebuilders is highly beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes.
Salary is negotiable but will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be between.
