Job Description
The Clinical Skills Educator will be a faculty member in the School of Medicine providing 20 effort within the Deans Office under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education. The educator will also continue as a faculty member in his/her primary academic department (up to 80 effort) with duties established by the Department Head. The primary responsibility of this educator in this role will be to participate in clinical skills teaching in the preclerkship and clerkship phases of the curriculum. The educator will also participate in curriculum committees and UME Office initiatives in continuous quality improvement efforts for the curriculum.
