New Business Development Manager

As part of our clients continued expansion we are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious New Business Development Manager to join their established sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a marketleading company that values innovation drive and a resultsfocused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target and onboard new partners to expand the companys market share.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for acquiring new partners focusing on longterm growth and mutual benefit.
  • Proactively engage with potential partners to present the value proposition.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and other sales enquiries.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with new partners.
  • Identifying opportunities for crossselling and upselling additional services and solutions.
  • Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Provide regular reporting.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Channel Sales and Development.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities negotiate contracts and drive revenue growth.
  • Selfmotivated resultsdriven and proactive with a strategic mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience in developing and implementing channel sales strategies managing performance metrics and delivering against KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in IT or Telecoms would be beneficial but not essential.
