Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Product Development Engineer who willspecialize in product design and development prototyping packaging documentation and sustaining engineering that support both the most costeffective production and the highest quality delivery of products to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Willingness to work all projects to closure and make the team successful no matter what it takes
- Aptitude for creative approaches to efficiency gains in engineering support
- Develop design improvements that reduce cost and or improve performance
- Populate and release Engineering Change Notices
- Prepare and populate product BOM in ERP system
- Develop coordinate or monitor all aspects of production including selection of manufacturing methods fabrication or operation of product designs
- Ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in Product Development Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Solidworks MS Office PDM and ERP systems
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve engineering challenges
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver highquality results
- Excellent teamwork skills
