About the Role:
3E is looking for a curious collaborative and strategically minded Associate Editor to join our growing editorial team and expand our content and compliance coverage in Europe. In this role youll be at the forefront of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) developments covering regulatory trends voluntary frameworks and sustainability practices across Europe.
As Associate Editor youll research and edit news on compliance and chemical safety trends across Europe providingtimely insights for and from companies in sectors such as manufacturing retail and technology. This role involves reporting editing and people management. You will edit content created by other members of our editorial team.

What Youll Do
Research report and writetimely accurate and insightful news stories on key regulatory developments laws and industry shifts.
Explore emerging trends in sustainability particularly those impacting supply chain practices and translate complex regulations into clear actionable analysis.
Attend press briefings conferences and key industry events (inperson and virtually in the EMEA region) to stay ahead of what matters most to our clients.
Deliver timely accurate updates and craft engaging indepth feature stories that offer perspective and strategic insight to our global audience.
Edit content from internal writers and freelancers ensuring tone of voice consistency clarity and accuracy
Collaborate closely with 3Es editorial teamsto shape impactful content across platforms ensuring the content resonates with the target audience
Partner with product and commercial teamsto align news content with customer needsand help drive engagement across our broader suite of compliance solutions.
Contribute to special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed in a dynamic fastmoving environment.
What Makes You A Great Fit
Bachelors degree in Journalism Communications or a related field
At least five 5 years of experience writing accurate impartial news and feature stories
At least three 3 years of editing experience with a strong eye for detail and quality
Demonstrated ability to track anticipate and report on evolving regulatory and policy trends.
Strong sourcing skills an ability to proactivelybuild networks and cultivatetrusted relationships with experts and stakeholders
Detailoriented with excellent organizational skillswith an ability to meet tight editorial deadlines with consistent quality
Comfortable speaking moderating or presenting at internal and external forums including industry events.
An analyticalmindset and a flair for creating datadriven insightrich stories that inform business decisions.
Ability to work in an evolving global environment and make a direct impact on the content.
Familiarity with chemical safety health & safety regulations and compliance topics is a plus
