Job Description

Established Plaintiffs Personal Injury Law Firm in West Los Angeles is seeking a litigation attorney with 215 years of experience to help litigate and try cases. Opportunity for growth based on level of commitment and production. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. The attorney will handle litigation tasks from filing through trial. The ideal candidate will have 25 years experience in litigation and/or trial experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate is also internally driven and detailoriented. We are also looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Requirements:

Experience in personal injury
Spanishspeaking is also a plus
Handle case loads from start to finish
Familiarity with statutes codes local rules etc.
Drafting and propounding discovery taking and defending depositions and pretrial and trial work.
