Job Description
Position Overview:
We seek a driven Construction Supply Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role requires a handson leader with strong relationshipbuilding skills and a deep understanding of the concrete construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand strategic accounts through field engagement and networking.
- Manage mentor and train a team of sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Drive customer growth yearoveryear.
- Manage budgets pricing strategies and lead generation.
- Ensure accurate processing of quotes and sales orders.
- Prepare proposals and budgets analyzing labor costs and summarizing in a report.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective CRM use and collaboration.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and new product offerings.
- Oversee operational efficiency productivity and safety.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of B2B sales experience in construction materials distribution.
- 2 years of sales team management experience.
- Knowledge of the concrete construction industry and regulations.
- Strong business acumen communication and analytical skills.
Note: This position is located in Norcross GA and requires lots of travel in and around the area. A background check will be conducted in accordance with federal and local requirements.
