Job Description

As a Clinical Instructor youll play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff ensuring excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide handson clinical instruction and supervision to nursing students and staff.
- Teach and demonstrate proper nursing techniques procedures and patient care best practices.
- Assess students clinical competencies and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
Requirements:
- ActiveLPN license in NYS
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (longterm care experience preferred).
- Previous teaching or preceptor experience is a plus!
- Strong communication leadership and mentoring skills.
- Passion for education and patient care.
