About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Academic Counselor at South Extension 2 Delhi you will play a crucial role in guiding students about IIDEs Digital Marketing Courses. You will be responsible for counseling students regarding their course inquiries providing guidance to students and their parents and mentoring junior counselors. Experience in the EdTech sector will be an added advantage and we are hiring for three levels: Junior Associate Associate and Senior Associate covering an experience range of 18 years.
What Youll Do:
Student Counseling:
- Counsel students regarding their course inquiries.
- Provide guidance to students and their parents both inperson and over the phone.
Mentoring & Leadership:
- Mentor junior counselors (for Associate and Senior Associate levels).
- Take on additional responsibilities as a senior counselor (for Senior Associate level).
Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Meet daily weekly and monthly targets.
- Calculate and track conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM and sales automation tools for sales and report generation.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
Experience:
- 1 8 years of work experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with potential learners.
- Excellent closure techniques and convincing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in highpressure fastpaced environments.
- Revenuefocused with a strong ability to think numerically and optimize sales strategies.

Expected Deliverables/KPIs:
- Meet weekly and monthly admissions targets.
- Generate referral sales as per targets.
