Position Property Manager
Location North Hills (Sepulveda Blvd. and Nordoff St.
Hours MondayFriday 8:00a5:00p
Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
Cannot be combined with any other work
Salary $/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
Partial utilities paid (water trash & sewage)

Property Management company is currently looking for a fulltime property manager for a building in the North Hills area. This position is fulltime the manager will live onsite at the property managed. If you are interested submit your resume for consideration.
Overview of Duties:
Rent Collection
Generating/Posting notices
Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders
Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units
Other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Must live at the property being managed
Working as an onsite property manager minimum of 1 year
Managing 50 units preferred
Have used MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus
GED or HS Diploma
MUST Valid Drivers license
MUST Reliable vehicle
Bilingual in Spanish a preferred
Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
