Working pattern: Fulltime 40 hours per week (inclusive of 1 hour paid lunch)

The Role
As CRM Executive youll own the customer journey crafting datadriven campaigns that boost engagement retention and loyalty. Youll develop automated lifecycle communications that turn new users into power riders and keep them coming back.
Youll work across marketing product and tech teams to ensure our CRM efforts are personalised efficient and impactful. Whether its launching a new promo optimising Braze automations or refining our retention strategy youll be the goto expert in CRM at Beryl.
