Job Description:
Experience in Networking Support Technical support Troubleshooting debugging maintenance and any technical support in networking domain Experience in Switching Routing LAN Network Experience.
Responsible for supporting the day to day Operations and ensure defined SLA has been met as agreed in the SOW.Process knowledge on ITIL.
4 6 years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments
Responsible for handling incidents and service request in daytoday operation.
Good knowledge and experience (min 3 years) in Routing protocols (OSPF EIGRP BGP etc...
Good knowledge and experience in switching (VLAN VTP STP HSRP).
Good knowledge and experience in Access Control List and Route Map.
Knowledge of Cisco firewall (Firepower) and Checkpoint.
Knowledge about Cisco WiFi network and ISE.
Validating the configuration of new device and new links handover by the project team and ensuring the configuration are as per the standard.
Support monitoring team for troubleshoot the network L2 issues.
Failover test for the network device and links at regular intervals.
Ensuring the network device availability as per the agreed SLA.
Ensuring the backup of network devices periodically.
Validation of Network diagram LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis
Adhering and Implementing guidelines and Customer policies
Must close all the Incident & service Request within Service Level Agreement
Coordinating with hardware vendor for any hardware issue.
Change management process (ITIL Process) to be followed for any configuration changes in network devices.
REQUIRED SKILL SETS (INCL. SOFT SKILLS
1.CCNP Certifications preferred
2. CISCO Switches and routers Hands on experience
3. Good Knowledge in the Cisco Products link Cisco switches routers Prime Infrastructure Identity Service Engine WLC Nexus etc.
4. Good knowledge or certificate on CISCO etc.
5. Cisco SD WAN SD Access Knowledge and Cisco DNA
6. Validation of Network diagram LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis
7. Syslog analysis & Preparing Action Plan for Critical Alerts to Resolve the Issues
8.Analysis & Periodic Check of LAN/WAN traffic
9. Review of Network Device Hardening Mechanism On Periodic Basis
10.Configure and Troubleshooting routing protocols like IGRP EIGRP and OSPF
11. Troubleshoot all static routing and dynamic routing (BGPEIGRPOSPF etc. in enterprise network for high availability
