Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Floor Operators for a warehouse located in Woodstock! This company specializes in cutting and stripping wire and harnesses for elevators and ATM machines.
Qualifications for Floor Operators:
After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:
Have a basic understanding of math skills and knowledge of how to read and interpret a ruler to maintain length tolerances.
High attention to detail to ensure quality during the production process.
Ability to identify track and meet all production standards and goals.
Maintain good communication with Area Leads.
Work well with a team environment.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Floor Operators:
Cutting contractor grade wire and conduit to length and coiling wire or conduit.
Bagging boxing taping labeling and placing on pallets.
Follow safety procedures for machine set up and maintenance.
Constantly inspect product for quality issues.
Complete orders to customer specification.
Learning new skills in the assembly process.
Testing finished product.
Shift Details: MondayFriday 7:15AM4:30PM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
