Job Description:
- Greet members and guests promptly enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the gym.
- Provide security and control to the front door area of the facility.
- Monitor checkins to identify delinquent accounts.
- Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures.
- Ensure that guests and appointments are directed to the appropriate employee/department in a prompt professional manner.
- Answer phone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond immediately to member requests inquiries and concerns.
- Distribute keys towels and other materials as needed
- Process retail and concession sales.
- High school diploma required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of basic cash processing procedures
- Functional computer skills
- Implement Systems
- Scheduling
- Maintaing spreadsheets wtih accuracy
- Maintaining the front desk
- Ensuring staff is following company policies and procedures
- Leading the front desk with confidence
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
