Location:
Shift Differential & Bonus Info:
$2 shift diff from 3p7a through the week
The weekendshift differential is $3.50 starting shift on Friday night until Sunday at the end of the night shift
$500 Referral Bonus
$4000 SIGN ON BONUS

Hours/Shifts:
Our openings include fulltime parttime and PRN for all shifts
Day in the Life / Expectations
Provide patient care to residents
Comply with state and federal regulations.
Work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
Valid state license(s)
Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
High integrity and wellgrounded work ethic
Agility and flexibility with changing priorities
Teamoriented and a practical teamplayer
Professional demeanor
At least one year experience providing care and services in longterm care (preferred)
