Job Description
Your responsibility
- Coordinate with R&D engineering departments and IT to implement new products and processes within the manufacturing lines control systems.
- Collaborate with various parties to enhance the introduction and integration of new products processes and tools into the manufacturing line.
- Assess and compare existing process capabilities and constraints within the full manufacturing process. Propose solutions for any discrepancies in collaboration with Process/Product Engineering and R&D.
- Determine critical process parameters and conduct optimization experiments to improve yield throughput and cycle times over the full process flow.
- Perform inspections and analyses of wafers/products throughout the manufacturing process to understand the interdependencies between fabrication steps.
- Set up new process flows and experiments for R&D purposes or product optimizations.
- Provide advice on specific engineering treatments and experiments in consultation with process and product engineers.
- Troubleshoot issues related to R&D wafers and address complex problems that arise in product wafers.
Your profile
- Comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor processes and flow across various manufacturing stages including frontend wafer fabrication epitaxy testing singulation and assembly.
- Proficient in using databases and other information sources to deploy extract and interpret relevant data about process flows requirements and interactions.
- Strong facilitation skills to drive and ensure clear accurate communication across departments (R&D Product Engineering Process Engineering various manufacturing departments) and at different levels (operators technicians engineers).
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills for complex ideas.
