Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of Reactbased web applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of React developers
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers product managers and other stakeholders
- Ensure highquality coding standards security and performance optimization
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in React development
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in developing web applications using React and Redux
- Strong understanding of React hooks context API and React Native
- At least 6 years of experience in React development
- Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js and npm packages
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest Enzyme and Mocha
DaytoDay Activities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Reactbased applications
- Mentor junior developers in React development and best practices
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to deliver highquality user experiences
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code
- Develop and maintain unit integration and endtoend tests
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for staying uptodate with industry trends and new technologies
- Strong commitment to delivering highquality software solutions.
