Senior Mainframe IMS DBA or IMS Database Administrator

Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in business analysis on software development projects including documentation.
- 8 years of strong interpersonal collaborative analytical written/verbal and presentation communication skills in English.
- 8 years of proficiency in MS Office Suite and prototyping tools (Visio SnagIt Adobe Illustrator or Axure).
- 8 years of handson experience in requirements elicitation client management and technical documentation (traceability use cases prototyping and data modeling).
- 8 years of expertise in facilitating interactive sessions with business and crossfunctional teams.
- 8 years of strong analysis experience in assessing production support issues to determine root cause and document necessary corrections.
- 8 years of experience in understanding key business drivers impacts and proposing effective solutions.
- 8 years of experience in functional design system specifications and delivering complete documentation packages.
- 8 years of participation in user acceptance testing providing guidance to business units and supporting training and implementation activities.
Preferred:
- 5 years of experience in mainframe environments SQL Salesforce environments Remedyforce Core Java/J2EE development and relational databases.
- 5 years of experience with process improvement strategies and methodologies.
- 5 years of proven ability to lead change and design more efficient processes.
- 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry and working on compliance and enforcementrelated projects as a Business Analyst.
- 5 years of proven ability to work collaboratively within multifaceted teams resolve conflicts and manage challenging situations.
- 5 years of experience in data migration projects including data extraction transformation and loading (ETL).
- 5 years of knowledge of SaaS/COTS implementations and cloud platforms.
- 5 years of experience in business intelligence tools and reporting systems for data analysis.
- 5 years of familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies for project management.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Business Administration or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
