ABOUT MONTALTO
Montalto is a place where you can celebrate life and enjoy a moment out of the ordinary. Owned by the Mitchell family since 1999 Montalto is where seasonal heirloom produce is grown shared and celebrated. Montaltos home estate of 30 acres under vine is the primary source for their premium wines and the expansive kitchen gardens and orchards supply their kitchens in The Restaurant and The Piazza.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate pizza chef to join our awardwinning and fastpaced Red Hill kitchen team.
- You will work autonomously and manage your ordering prep and stock
- You will work in a highvolume fast paced environment
- Casual position with weekend peak holiday season and public holiday availability essential
- Minimum 2 years experience
Shortly after finishing work you could be sipping on a glass of wine purchases using your accrued wine points or headed to one of the nearby beaches.
Opening hours are: 7 days 11am 5pm
About you

- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
