DescriptionAs a Master Cook Asian Cuisine you will be responsible for food preparation and presentation fare in an Asianinspired Quick Serve restaurant.

ResponsibilitiesPRINCIPALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Followmethodsoffoodpreparationcookingportionsizemixingofsaucesandgarnishingoffoodstoensurefoodis prepared in an approved manner as prescribed by the Restaurant Chef.
- Assist with menu development recipe creation and production guide.
- Responsible for inventory management and kitchen sanitation.
- Assist in ordering and managing kitchen supplies.
- Collaborate with frontofhouse teams to ensure timely food delivery.
- Complywithoccupationalhealthandsafetystandards andensurefoodisstoredandkeptatproperholdingtemperatures using thermometers.
- Perform other jobrelated duties as requested.

QualificationsMINIMUMREQUIREMENTS:
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.
- One 1 years of experience in highvolume food venue.
- Two 2 yearsofrelatedexperience in Asian Cuisine food preparation.
- Workvariedshiftsincludingweekendsandholidays.
PREFERRED:
- Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- One 1 year culinarytraining.
- Experienceworkinginasimilarresortsetting.
KNOWLEDGESKILLSANDABILITIES:
- Knowledgeableofrestaurantoperationssuchasopening/closingproceduresfoodcostawarenessandorderingfood products.
- Knowledgeoffoodandbeverageproductsincludingpreparationmethods/timesmajoringredientsqualitystandards taste appearance texture serving temperature garnish and method presentation.
- Knowledgeableofhowtosafelyuseallkitchen equipment.
- Excellentorganizationalskillstofunctioneffectivelyundertimeconstraintsandwithinestablisheddeadlineswithparticular attention to detail.
- Abletoleadandmentorateam.
- Ability to engage with guests to build loyalty and trust.
