Job Description
Lead the digital product strategy for a cuttingedge healthcare platform! In this strategic role you will spearhead the development and of the digital product roadmap collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional products that enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate a clear vision strategy and roadmap for the digital health product portfolio focused on engagement innovation and growth.
- Lead a team of Product Managers to develop enhance measure and continuously improve critical digital health products.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch including development and deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering design marketing and other business functions to align and execute digital product strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities that inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with product users to incorporate feedback into development.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are achieved and the business case prevails.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to relevant committees and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A BSc in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university
- Postgraduate diploma in Management or MBA (advantageous)
- 57 years of Product Management experience in complex environments managing digital product development and implementations across crossfunctional teams.
- Intimate understanding of SDLC and extensive experience in delivering integrated solutions of meaningful scale
- Proven strategic thinking inspirational leadership customercentricity and problemsolving abilities
