Your role:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager this role is responsible for managing our Cabots manufacturing site in Dandenong South to ensure operational efficiency including quality in manufacture of the facility to ensure the site performs at its peak each day.
In this hands on maintenance role youll be tasked with ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely whilst leading a small team of technicians and electrician contractors. This role will see you collaborating with crossfunctional teams for maintenance process improvements and to continually improve machine performance.
The role requires flexibility with working hours ideally starting between 6am and 8am to align with the shifts of the trades team members within our facility.Youll have the ownership and support you need to succeed in your role the opportunity to make a significant impact to production operations offering the opportunity to operate at a leadership level.
