Job Description
- Therole and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- TechnicalExpertise: Must have a strong technical background and understanding of WebFocus Power BI DB Migration and general understanding of reportingtools
- Knowledgeon Payments is preferred
- StakeholderEngagement: Engage with customers financial institutions merchants andinternal engineering teams requiring a deep understanding of technicalfeasibility and constraints.
- Havinga customerfocused mindset and being able to articulate customerproblems/needs.
- Participatingin intake discussions.
- Understandingtechnical requirements and ensuring they are clearly defined and aligned withbusiness goals.
- Maintainingthe product backlog with a view to goals
- Prioritizingthe backlog. Define Story writing
- Shouldbe able to describe current flows and proposed flows
- Articulatingfeature hypotheses and evaluating the outcomes of each feature.
- Definingstories for downstream teams to work on and breaking prioritized features forfunctional initiatives into acceptable user stories.
- Providinginitial sizing and level of effort.
- Preparingupdates for customer communication internal documents technical andfunctional specs and internal and external training.
- Walkingthrough features/stories with the feature team and assisting in the scoring ofpoints.
- Owningthe acceptance criteria and reviewing test cases.
- Participatingin Sprint Planning Retros and Demos.
- Validatingdemos and showcasing products defining API requirements and creating andmaintaining documentation as part of the SDLC.
