The existing inhome care process involves a patchwork of different vendors all connected through faxes and phone calls. Were building modern robust software that solves this challenge. We currently operate across 49 states with most of the largest health systems in the US.

This is our first dedicated manufacturer and distributor relations role focused on procurement strategy and vendor contract implementation. Although Verse is digital health company this role is a good fit for someone with the right combination of analytical communication and stakeholdermanagement skills regardless of past healthcare or technology industry experience.
What the role consists of:
Manufacturer relationship management: negotiate and implement direct contracts with our medical product manufacturers
Distribution strategy: work with Operations Finance Strategy and Product leaders to help decide how we should be sourcing various types of products for our patients
New vendor setup: work with internal Product and Operations teams to make sure were able to scale efficiently as we bring on new vendors or expand into new product categories
Financial analysis: analyze the profitability or favorability of various initiatives or product categories
Plan and execute complex business development initiatives
Unlike a conventional strategy role this is a highly and implementationoriented role and you must be a very handson operator to succeed in this role
What were looking for:
2 years in a previous consulting business development or operations role
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and willingness to meet with senior executives of our large vendor partners
Consultative willing to take feedback and iterate accordingly
High level of organization and attention to detail
Willingness to take on complex and ambiguous challenges with a cando attitude. This role may occasionally require extended working hours to meet deadlines and achieve businesscritical objectives
