You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Branch Head will oversee the agency business partner channel within the branch leading a team of sales agents business partners and support staff to drive the growth of life insurance sales. The role requires strategic leadership business development and effective team management to ensure the branch meets its sales targets and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead mentor and manage the agency business partner team ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor their progress regularly.
Provide continuous coaching training and feedback to enhance the teams productivity and sales effectiveness.
Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
Develop and execute strategies to drive the agency business partner channels growth and meet branch sales targets.
Identify and implement opportunities for new business development customer acquisition and retention.
Ensure the team is consistently focused on achieving sales goals and enhancing revenue streams.
Business Partner Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency business partners ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
Negotiate contracts and business terms with agency partners to strengthen the channel and improve performance.
Provide necessary support to business partners to enable them to effectively sell life insurance products.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by promoting a customerfirst approach within the team.
Address escalated customer concerns promptly and work towards building longterm customer relationships.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all sales practices comply with the companys policies industry regulations and ethical standards.
Monitor business partner performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare regular reports on branch performance sales trends and business partner outcomes.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Collaboration with Other Teams:
Collaborate with other functional teams (marketing operations HR etc. to ensure smooth operations and alignment with corporate strategies.
Work with senior leadership to ensure overall alignment with the companys goals and objectives.
