Job Description
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies Create and implement effective Strategies to drive business through Direct Sales. Designing and implementing differentiated rewards and recognition program.
- Lead & Manage the Team Provide Leadership guidance and coaching to sales team by developing implementing and monitoring progress of the yearly and monthly sales plan
- Business Growth Ensure Sales planning target achievement and channel growth YOY.
- Relationship Building Attract acquire and maintain relationships with internal deptt to drive Lead Generation / Dat Flow.
- To be a Domain Expert knowledgeable of product industry norms financial markets regulatory norms channels emerging trends new developments
