We believe that ongoing learning and development are key to ensuring excellence across our services. That’s why we’re now looking for a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our team.
Role Overview
The Learning and Development Partner will play a vital role in ensuring our colleagues have the skills knowledge and confidence to deliver outstanding personcentred care in line with regulatory standards and our organisational goals. You will work closely with home managers regional teams and the Learning and Development Manager to assess training needs and develop effective learning interventions that reflect best practice in the care sector.
This is a handson varied role where you will deliver training in multiple formats design and update course content mentor individuals through qualification programmes and help embed a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.
You’ll be based remotely but will regularly travel to sites across the North West with occasional overnight stays.
