As a Piping/Plumbing Senior Designer in our Washington DCoffice you will help us empower our clients to achieve energyefficient building solutions save global environments and create a better greener future for all.

Heres why we need you:

In this role you will establish design criteria and develops system designs from concept plans and interpret information set forth in basis of design as well as information gathered from users project partners field surveys and code research.

Expertise of our most successful Piping/Plumbing Senior Designer:

• Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• 8 years of experience in designing plumbing/piping systems specifically lab and/or clinical design experience.
• Expertise in computer operation for engineering design programs and in the current version of AutoCAD and/or REVIT.
• Understanding of applicable design codes and specification requirements and ability to interpret them.
• Ability to work well in a team environment including carrying out appropriate followthrough with others mentoring delegating work and giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Communicates with clients project partners and with individuals at all levels in the organization.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $115000 to $180000
