Internship Details:
We are offering a unique 6month internship program that provides a blend of learning and professional experience.
Phase 1: Learning Phase 3 Months Unpaid)
Duration: 3 months
Type: Unpaid Internship
Description: During the first three months interns will receive comprehensive training and mentorship. This phase focuses on building foundational skills understanding industry best practices and gaining handson experience in various aspects of the business.
Phase 2: Performance Phase 3 Months Paid)
Duration: 3 months
Type: Paid Internship
Description: Interns who demonstrate exceptional performance during the initial 3 months will be offered a paid internship for the next three months. In this phase interns will take on more responsibilities work on live projects and continue developing their professional skills.
Employment Opportunity:
At the end of the 6month internship based on performance and organizational needs successful interns will be offered fulltime employment opportunities.
