Body Shop Painter
Mount Dora FL
Experienced Automotive Painter needed!
The Painter completes body shop painting for vehicles as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures. He or she delivers the highest quality body shop painting services while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. ThePainter must produce quality results on time or earlier and must have knowledge of specialty painting techniques and technologies.
The ideal candidate has some postsecondary automotive training and at least two years of dealerlevel or large facility experience. He or she has an unrestricted drivers license and a clean driving record and can drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good computer skills are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs work as assigned with efficiency accuracy and high quality following dealership insurance company and enterprise standards
- Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Ensure that work areas are clean and that equipment tools and supplies are properly stored
- Follows all safety policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
- Two years of relevant experience required
- Unrestricted drivers license and clean driving record
- Able to drive both automatic and standardtransmission vehicles
- Excellent communication customer service and problem solving skills including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Strong organization skills able to multitask and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Highly professional and dependable
- Quality conscious and detailoriented
- ICAR Training and Certification a Plus!
