Founded in 2008 by Renee Werner Language Essentials Inc. is an expanding speech pathology and occupational therapy practice in the San Francisco East Bay Area. We are known in our community for providing individual friendly services to our patients and their families. We operate in 3 locations and we are growing fast. We added occupational therapy to the practice in 2021 due to the strong need in the community.

Offered salary and other compensation:
Based on your experience and performance record we offer a yearly salary of $85000 to $115000 (including base salary and profit sharing). Additionally we offer:

Schedule: This is a fulltime position Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Your Mission as Speech Language Pathologist:
The purpose of the Position at Language Essentials is to create the best life for clients through improving their functional skill levels. As one of our Speech Language Pathologists you will be responsible for providing lifechanging treatment support and care for children and adult patients who have difficulties with communication eating drinking and swallowing.
Speech Language Pathologists duties and responsibilities:
- Perform assessments diagnosis and develop treatment plans for communication feeding and/or swallowing needs
- Liaise with family members counselors teachers psychologists doctors and other professionals to design holistic treatments
- Compile extensive notes on patients progress
- Adjust therapies and treatment plans where necessary.
Required experience and qualifications:
- A Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- 2 years of experience providing speech therapy
- Competent Computer Skills
- Hold required California license.
