We have a phenomenal opportunity for an Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team at Adobe!

What sets this role apart is the opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation crafting how companies engage with their customers through exceptional digital experiences. You will be part of an ambitious and dedicated team working collaboratively to drive sales and achieve outstanding outcomes.

What Youll Do

  • Sell our suite of Adobe Experience Cloud products to a new set of target accounts including Content (CMS DAM) Ecommerce Digital Marketing and Workfront solutions.
  • Build and implement a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed sales quotas on an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Own client engagement support a clear value framework manage communications with Clevel executives and facilitate relationships across their business and ours.
  • Develop and maintain seniorlevel relationships (including CxO) within target accounts.
  • Generate net new revenue by developing and driving strategic sales initiatives.
  • Adhere strictly to the sales processes/procedures including crafting and maintaining a monthly/quarterly sales forecast and ensuring excellent SFDC hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the Partner ecosystem and become adept at an indirect/partner sales motion.
  • Build positive relationships with the wider ecosystem including presales teams to drive outstanding customer experiences.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A proven sales track record in selling Enterprise Software ideally in Digital Marketing or SaaS including Content Management Ecommerce Analytics Personalization and CDP.
  • Experience achieving sales quotas over 7 figures annually and comfort with leading $1m deals.
  • Industry knowledge of Telco Media and Technology is essential.
  • Experience in acquiring key new logo customers (hunting).
  • Skilled in Solution Selling with a demonstrated ability to build proposals.
  • Ability to operate at CLevel within our customers (CIOs CMOs & CTOs).
  • Strategic understanding of Multichannel and Digital Marketing.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Value Selling.
  • Outstanding organizational presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Italian.
