About The Team

The Information Technology team at Rubrik influences business processes employee experience and technologies to scale our organization to $1B. This team creates operational efficiency across the company by centralizing the management of Infrastructure Technology and Data. The IT team ensures all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. They champion Rubrik on Rubrik and are the first customers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik.

Rubrik Corp IT is constructed of 100 SaaS and 0 onpremises. The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple daytoday business processes through our varied SaaS applications like Salesforce Oracle Netsuite Workday Snowflake Etrade jitterbit Allocadia etc. This team also delivers highpaced business outcomes with 100 system uptime backed by agile nimble simple but cohesive Cloud architectures.

What youll do:

  • Lead technical aspects of projects as per the functional design
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
  • Develop unit test plan for major enhancements
  • Evaluate new system integrations between Salesforce and other upstream/downstream applications
  • Working experience with thirdparties to provide technical support research troubleshooting and be able to identify issues
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of Salesforce functionality on new releases customizations and integrations

Experience youll need:

  • 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Experience in Sales and Service cloud Deep understanding of core modules
  • Experience with CI/CD Devops including using tools such as: Visual Studio Code Git Bitbucket and Copado
  • Experience working with Force Apex Classes Apex triggers Batch Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visual Force (VF Pages) Integration (REST SOAP Change Data Capture Platform Events) Force API SOQL and SOSL
  • Mastering of Role Hierarchy Profiles Permission Sets and Sharing Rules
  • EndtoEnd ownership Leading development efforts from design to development
  • Stakeholder communication Engaging with Product Owners Business analyst and Architects to align technical solutions as per the business requirements
  • Mentoring & Code reviews Coaching junior developers and ensuring clean code
  • Documentation & Best practices Writing technical design docs and maintaining a knowledge based
  • Good communication skill to work with global team
  • Experience in backend JavaScript is plus
  • SOX or ITGCs experience preferred
  • Experience in ticketing systems like JIRA
  • Ability to reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results on requests
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
