- 1 Responsible forRolling Mills L1&L2Automationsystem including the hardware and software for smooth functionality of Automation system.
- Knowledge of PLCprogramming Siemens SRockwell PLC.(Software Siemens SIMATIC MANAGER Rs Logixs 5000 (Language CFC LAD FBD).
- Adequate work experience with Low voltage drive control system in S120 G120 of Siemens & Power flex in Rockwell drive.
- Knowledge in Programming & HMI development /modification Siemens Rockwell & PLC System.
- Know how about PLC to drive communication standards and protocol.
- Root cause analysis throughIBA ProcessDataAcquisition system.
- Good in electrical trouble shooting of power circuit control circuit and studying electrical drawing.
- Understanding of basics of Hydraulic and pneumatic Circuits
- Maintenance Knowledge of DC Motor & AC Motors.
- Knowledge of field instruments forThickness gauge (IMS)Pyrometer load cell HMD Temperature Scanner pressure transducer position transducer flow switches.DPT magnetic Flow transmitter.
- Ensuring reliability and continuous availability of all control equipment andmade line available to operation team.
