Essential Functions:
- Serves food and beverage items.
- Clears dishes and food items.
- Assists guests with courteous and friendly customer service.
- Complies with food preparation sanitation and safety standards.
- Cleans and maintains food and beverage stations.
- Serves food orders.
- Delivers food when required.
- May perform cash credit card and complimentary transactions.
- Completes set up and closing tasks as required.
Performs other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge/Work Experience:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Must have a NYS Food Handlers Permit
