Human Resources Business Partner

A bit about the role

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Solink you will play a key role in supporting our managers and employees ensuring our people programs are aligned with business objectives while fostering a highperformance engaged and inclusive workplace. Reporting to the Sr. Manager People & Culture you will provide handson HR support coaching and guidance while helping scale our People & Culture function in a fastpaced growing environment.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 4 years of HR experience in a highgrowth company ideally in SaaS or tech.

  • You have strong business acumen and understand how HR supports company success.

  • Youve coached and advised managers on peoplerelated challenges.

  • Youre a strong communicator who can provide feedback with both empathy and directness.

  • You have exceptional attention to detail and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

  • You thrive in a fastpaced environment and are resourceful in solving challenges.

  • You love optimizing processes and leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included) or eligible to work in Canada;

  • Be willing to comply with Solinks own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Partnering with Managers: Provide coaching and support to people leaders on performance management employee development and team dynamics.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees helping to foster a culture of transparency inclusion and trust.

  • Professional Development & Performance: Support performance management processes including goalsetting feedback and career development initiatives.

  • Change Management & Culture Building: Drive initiatives that strengthen Solinks culture and align with business needs.

  • Compensation & Total Rewards: Work with leadership to ensure fair marketaligned compensation practices.

  • HR Operations & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize HR processes to support scalability.

  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Use people data to inform decisionmaking and track key HR metrics.
