Job Description
As a Product Enablement Specialist in the SAP LeanIX & Signavio Product Enablement Teamyou actively contribute to the strategic vision and of enablement activities with astrong focus on best practiceusage of SAP Signavio and its interplay with SAP LeanIX andother tools that support customers valuedriven business transformation initiatives.You will design scalable knowledge and enablement assets to increase high adoption of ourproducts across customers partners employees.

Design knowledge assets and trainings that help customers partners and employees useSAP Signavio in a bestpractice way for valuedriven business transformations
Collaborate with colleagues on improving our joint approach for business transformationtogether with enterprise architecture management (SAP LeanIX) solutionimplementation (SAP Cloud ALM) and digital adoption (WalkMe)
Identify enablement needs from customers partners employees on SAP Signavioproducts and use cases in the context of business transformation and beyond
Standardize and scale learnings from customer engagements internally and externally
Drive the documentation of and enablement on use cases like process excellence inprocurement
Execute expert trainings on how to apply SAP Signavio in the context of businesstransformation for SAP internal stakeholders and at global customer events
Bring existing enablement formats to the next level e.g. handson sessions virtual1:many support
Identify product improvement ideas and loop back to the SAP Signavio and LeanIXProduct Teams
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in business process management methodology with a background/degree in business economics business informatics or related field
Handson experience with SAP Signavio or another business process management tool
Good understanding of key customer processes (e.g. P2P O2C etc. and their typicalimprovement potentials
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and role of business process management and enterprisearchitecture in transformation programs
Experience in designing learning experiences and knowledge assets for broader audiences
Confidence in communicating to stakeholders from all levels and ability to describe anddemonstrate complex methodological interdependencies and tools in an easytounderstand way
Team player and leader who can drive topics autonomously and ensure to connect thedots to other teams
Techsavvy personality that is able to adapt new tools in a fast and selfsufficient way
Strong organizational skills to plan and execute on complex initiatives
