We are excited to offer a casual opportunity to join our welcoming Front Office team in the role of Guest Service Agent (Grade 2. Proudly Tasmanian and independently owned The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel is a multiple awardwinning accommodation hotel. We are conveniently located near Hobarts CBD and famous waterfront offering 242 hotel rooms and spacious apartments along with a restaurant bar and a comprehensive range of meeting and event facilities. Our vision is to provide our guests with unique Tasmanian hospitality experiences enjoyed and recommended by all.
Our Front Office team is crucial to the success of our hotel providing the first point of contact for arriving guests. We are seeking to connect with passionate vibrant and enthusiastic people who can help us get it right the first time every time. Previous experience on a hotel front desk is essential. Experience with a range of Property Management Systems will be highly regarded in particular experience with Infor HMS. Flexibility is crucial as shifts will vary and include weekdays weekends and public holidays.
