Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Middle School Math Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mathematics and a commitment to fostering a positive engaging and rigorous learning environment for students in grades 68. The Middle School Math Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering highquality instruction that meets diverse student needs and aligns with state and national standards. Key Responsibilities:

Instructional Planning: Develop and implement engaging standardsbased math lessons for middle school students.
Classroom Management: Create a positive and productive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Assessment: Design and use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
Differentiation: Modify instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners including those requiring enrichment or intervention.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues including gradelevel teams and support staff to enhance the math curriculum and ensure continuity of instruction.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students parents and colleagues regarding academic performance and behavior.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional learning opportunities to stay current with best practices in math instruction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Education Mathematics or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification (statespecific licensure in Middle Level Math preferred).
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience preferably at the middle school level.
Strong understanding of middle school math curriculum and pedagogy.
Effective classroom management and instructional skills.
Ability to use data to drive instruction and measure student growth.
Excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with integrating technology into math instruction.
Familiarity with standards such as Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for Mathematics.
Knowledge of differentiated instruction and inclusive classroom practices.
Experience with projectbased learning or inquirybased instruction.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $45000 $86000. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity internal salary ranges market data applicants skills and prior relevant experience degrees and certifications.
