Job Description & Summary
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility of payroll for several legal entities.
- Payroll calculations based on information provided by HC.
- Calculation of sick leaves vacations unpaid leaves remuneration under civil agreements etc.
- Processing payroll payment orders.
- Communication/correspondence with employees and HC on payroll and HR data.
- Tax reports other payroll internal reports.
- Analysis of sick lists HR documents on correctness and compliance with the Ukrainian legislation.
- Assistance in adaptation of payroll software to the companys needs/automation processes (setting technical tasks to programmers etc..
- Participation in external audit with respect to payroll scope and other ad hoc requests from management.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- 2 years of relevant work experience (payroll calculation payroll tax reporting HR) in outsourcing companies or equivalent inhouse experience.
- Experience of working with M.E.Doc and tax electronic cabinet.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Team player.
- Positive attitude to work readiness for overtime work and ability to work under pressure.
- Good managerial organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- Motivation to constantly learn and improve knowledge.
