ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The listed functions are illustrative only and are not intended to describe every function which may be performed in the job level.- Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with state regulations and oversee the permitting processes for drilling production and plugging operations.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations regarding compliance with WOGCC rules and regulations.
- Data Management: Analyze and manage data related to well completion construction and production.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operators field inspectors and other stakeholders to address and resolve technical and regulatory issues.
- Policy Development: Participate in the development and implementation of policies aimed at improving industry standards and practices through regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
PREFERENCES:
Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering field.
Proficiency in data analysis technical reporting and project management.
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.KNOWLEDGE:- Knowledge and understanding of well completions productions optimization and artificial lift systems.
- Knowledge of drilling operations and well construction.
- Knowledge and understanding of reservoir behavior fluid properties and recovery methods.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelors Degree (typically in The Sciences)Experience:13 years of progressive work (typically in The Sciences) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Natural Resources PrincipalOREducation & ExperienceSubstitution:47 years of progressive work experience (typically in The Sciences) with acquired knowledge at the levelof aNatural Resources PrincipalCertificates Licenses Registrations:NoneNecessary Special Requirements
