Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes specials and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar teams promptly.
- Serve dishes and beverages in an elegant and precise manner adhering to presentation standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences making recommendations and customizing orders when requested.
- Ensure guests special dietary requirements and allergies are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including tables dining area and server stations.
- Handle guest inquiries concerns and feedback tactfully and promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and maintain a harmonious work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in an upscale restaurant or private club is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette food wine and cocktail service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless service.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Flexibility in working evenings weekends and holidays as required.
