Marketing Manager
We seek a strategic and resultsoriented Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives. In this role you will be vital in enhancing brand visibility driving engagement and generating qualified leads through multichannel marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing and Brand Positioning
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligning with Parkars business objectives and growth roadmap.
- Enhance and solidify brand positioning as a leader in enterprise technology solutions.
- Develop and execute accountbased marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage key decisionmakers in specific industries.
Demand Generation & Audience Engagement
- Generate leads through targeted campaigns by leveraging digital channels content marketing events and partnerships.
- Develop industryspecific marketing initiatives tailored to financial services healthcare manufacturing and hitech enterprises.
- Enhance the customer journey using personalized engagement strategies at various touchpoints.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Drive the creation of engaging thoughtleadership content that connects with Clevel executives and Technology leaders.
- Oversee SEO SEM email marketing paid and social media to maximize brand reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to produce highquality marketing materials.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure the continuous optimization of campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Use datadriven insights to enhance strategies and boost conversion rates.
Partnerships & Events
- Lead marketing efforts for events webinars and conferences to enhance visibility and boost participation.
Crossfunctional Collaboration & Budgeting
- Work closely with Sales Product Talent Acquisition and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently ensuring costeffective campaign .
Required Skills & Experience
- Over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally within enterprise IT services cloud solutions or AIdriven technologies.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing demand generation and content strategy.
- Proven track record in lead generation campaign and performance analytics.
- Handson experience with SEO/SEM paid media email marketing and social media management.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage executivelevel audiences.
- Experience in event marketing and strategic partnerships is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills combined with a datadriven approach.
Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; a Masters degree (MBA).
