Hourly Range: $30.80$41.06 per hour.

Leadership
Shift Info: Our operational teams work around the clock 365 days per year. Shifts will vary based off specific roles we work hard and play hard too. Our team members adapt to celebrating Holidays or Events on different days to ensure a strong operational performance.

- Recognize and celebrate individual and team performance
- Monitor assess and report on belowwing and team performance as needed and drive ongoing improvement
- Investigate and report delays irregularities safety and compliance concerns share lessons learned and develop solutions for future prevention
- Prepare necessary improvement plans plan and execute initiatives and coordinate efficient monthly/quarterly team member work schedules
- Ensure tools and equipment are available and in working condition for team members to perform job functions effectively
- Ensure that facilities are maintained in excellent condition clean organized and free of hazards and clutter
- Supervise and fulfill all administrative duties inherent to this position in a timely manner to include scheduling training discipline and team member performance development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulations of federal state and local airport authorities
- Conduct audits and observations to ensure compliance with company and customer policy and expectations
- Demonstrate and maintain open and honest communication creating an inclusive engaging and highperformance culture that demonstrates McGees values of Safety Service Integrity Mutual Respect Accountability and Pride
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must haves to join our team:
- Able to work varied shifts; weekends and holidays we like to celebrate and have fun with our family and friends we simply adjust when we do these things and dont mind doing so.
- Obtain and maintain an airport security clearance customs seal and/or USPS security clearance including background criminal history check drug screen and fingerprinting isrequired.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.or disclose their compensation or the compensation of other employees or applicants are also protected by law.
- A valid drivers license with a good driving record is always required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid drivers license andoneof the following documents in order to obtain a Port Badge and US Customs Security clearance.
- Original or certified copy of a birth certificate
- Unexpired US Passport
- Permanent Resident Card
- Unexpired US Territory Passport and I94
- Airport SIDA Badge RequirementsImportant update for noncrew employees working at an airport or maintenance hangar: Employees will be required to obtain a SIDA badge provided by the airport authority and maintain good standing in order to keep their SIDA badge. - One 1 year of previous leadership experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Professional work ethic and demonstrated ability to work with all work groups while addressing people courageously directly and candidly

- Able to lead and successfully communicate with a diverse workgroup and other internal departments
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance customs seal and/or USPS security clearance including background criminal history check drug screen and fingerprinting required by specific work assignment
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
Salary Range (if applicable):
The hiring range for this position is expected to beHourly Range: $30.80$41.06 per hour.
