Corporate/ Center/ VLCC PC/ Institute JD Title No.: JOB TITLE: Slimming Therapist JOB BAND: 8 AREA/DEPARTMENT: Centre Operations: Slimming GRADE: L2 REPORTS TO: Slimming Head POSITIONS SUPERVISED: Nil JOB SCOPE: To attend all related and incidental work in the slimming section Key Responsibilities: To take and record the measurements of the client at the Enquiry Stage (waist circumference or any other problematic area) / At the time of Zero session and thereafter at the end rolling period for full body and every alternate session for spot reduction therapies as per SOP To ensure that the trolley and bed setting in the therapy and appliance rooms is done as per the SOP and cleanliness of room and appliances is maintained To use the quantity of products service wise as per SOP To disinfect appliance pads with a germicidal like savlon and dettol before every session and clean them periodically every fortnight cleaning in water boiled for 20 minutes so that they are sterilized)as per SOP. To make sure that the pads are changed after every 6 months and date of change mentioned at the back of the pad and inform the physiotherapist.. To ideally execute at least 8 slimming sessions in a day 4 therapies at least) Measurements whole body / problematic area) to be entered in the CPR accurately and signatures taken from the client and also of the self. To be able to explain to the client in simple words the basic principle of therapies and appliances. To inform the slimming head about the product stock status. To cross sell and up sell to the clients To sell VLCC products to in house clients. Slimmers range and beauty) To execute appliance / therapy session as per SOP ensuring comfort to the client at all times. To deliver expected cm loss for scientific service delivery and customer delight. To monitor each client on the appliance session at least 23 times while in session. Respond to clientinsession within 10 seconds of pressing the call bell Ensure careful handling of all appliances on daytoday basis and inform the Slimming Head immediately in case of any problem with the appliance. During the therapy / appliance sessionin case he/she discovers anything which is contraindicated in our programthe same to be informed to the Slimming Head immediately. To adhere to the Medical Contraindications with respect to Therapies & Appliances as guided by the Doctor Physiotherapist and Dietician prior to giving of the respective session. To follow up Irregular clients to improve Regularity and OSR and keep the slimming head informed. To constantly upgrade oneself by attending trainings as and when planned and percolate the training inputs to the other staff members to ensure uniformity of services. If appointed as the responsible team member for improvement of average performers therapist profile) justification of the same to be ensured. If nominated to conduct services for VIP clients at their residence To constantly upgrade oneself and multitask so as to achieve the progression level as per the multitasking / up gradation planner. To have high standards of grooming and personal hygiene as per SOP. To ensure proper handling of tools of assessment allocated to each of the therapist. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Physically fit and in good health with good soft skills DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Passed class 10 Handsonexperience Apprenticeship Training DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Atleast 2 years experience in similar industry SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Willing to work in shifts and accept additional responsibilities
