PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Our ideal candidate would be a motivated teamplayer interested in helping us build a rural medical hub with extensive specialty services offered through our extended Essentia network.
- Outpatient clinic practice
- Parttime Hospitalist if desired
- Limited call 1:10; requirement (pediatrics/nursery only) with avg census of 1
- Top pay & relocation offered. Generous benefit package! Minimum of 6 weeks off per year.
- Average 1819 patients seen per day in clinic (after onboarding)
- Stateoftheart clinic overlooking a golf course
- NP/PA support of practice
- Onsite Chronic Disease Management nursing support
- Nurse Online Triage 24/7
- Multispecialty clinic includes; 8 Family Medicine with 4 advanced practitioners with Integrated Behavioral Health Audiology Anesthesiology Obstetrics/Gynecology Occupational Medicine Ophthalmology Otolaryngology Orthopedics Podiatry General & Hand Surgery and numerous visiting specialties
- Fullservice clinic including laboratory radiology retail pharmacy and optical shop physical therapy occupational therapy Cancer Center Regional Heart Center with CHF clinic and warfarin clinic
- EPIC as EMR that is integrated with entire Essentia system
- Admit to adjacent Essentia Health Virginia Hospital30 beds 4 Pediatric beds Level I Nursery Level IV
- Trauma center and certified Stroke Ready facility

- BC/BE Family Practice Physician

- Approx. 60 miles from Duluth MN; 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Service area: 30000 Virginia Population: 9000
COMPENSATION
- $300317. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or productionbased compensation.
