BA / Implementation Analyst
6 month contract with possible extension
1 day per week in office in the Vaughan office
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BA / Implementation Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing platforms like Profinda and/or Certinia as well as expertise in Resource Management and Scheduling platforms with skillsmatching capabilities. This role involves working closely with IT and business sponsors/SMEs to lead discussions around requirements business processes implementation needs and business data interfaces assessment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT and business sponsors/SMEs to gather and analyze requirements.
Lead discussions on business processes implementation needs and data interface requirements.
Implement and optimize platforms like Profinda and/or Certinia.
Work with Resource Management and Scheduling platforms focusing on skills matching.
Partner closely with the Change Management Lead and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
Proven experience implementing platforms like Profinda and/or Certinia.
Strong knowledge of Resource Management and Scheduling platforms with skillsmatching capabilities.
Ability to work effectively with IT and business sponsors/SMEs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
