Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilledMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Subject Matter Expert (SME)with expertise inSales Hub Copilot and related Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing implementing and optimizingDynamics 365 CRM solutionsto enhance business processes and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implementMS Dynamics 365 Sales Hubsolutions.
- Integrate and optimizeMicrosoft Copilot AIfeatures for enhanced automation and decisionmaking.
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 usingPower Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Power BI).
- Develop and deploycustom plugins workflows and Power Automate flows.
- Implement integrations withAzure services thirdparty APIs and other enterprise applications.
- Optimize system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation of Dynamics CRM.
- Provide expertise onbest practices security and governancein Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct user training and support adoption of new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 yearsof experience inMS Dynamics 365 CRM development(Sales Hub experience is a must).
- Strong expertise inMicrosoft Copilot AI Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Power BI).
- Handson experience withC# .NET JavaScript and TypeScriptfor Dynamics customization.
- Experience withDataverse Azure Functions Azure Logic Apps and API integrations.
- Proficiency inplugin development custom workflows and Power Automatebased automation.
- Strong knowledge ofsecurity models rolebased access control and governancein D365.
- Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 deployments.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications inDynamics 365 Sales Hub Power Platform or Azure.
- Knowledge of AIdriven automation and analytics within Dynamics 365.
